Back to Balance Massage Therapy

I completed my massage training at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego in 2008. I continue to take classes because I love learning and to help me be able to understand your body and develop effective techniques to help you relax and allow your body to heal. 

In 2025 I completed my Death Doula training through Going with Grace. In addition to my volunteer work with hospice organizations, I can help plan for a peaceful death and support with practical matters when a loved one dies.
